    Abstract: An opening/closing control device for a shutter of a vehicle is provided which is capable of appropriately opening and closing the shutter according to the traveling conditions of the vehicle, and improving fuel economy while maintaining excellent maneuverability of the vehicle. When the detected vehicle speed is not smaller than a predetermined first reference value and smaller than a second reference value, the shutter is closed to improve fuel economy. On the other hand, when the vehicle speed is not smaller than the second reference value, the shutter is opened. Further, at this time, a condition for opening the shutter is set according to at least one of a grip force of the vehicle and a steering angle. This maintains excellent vehicle maneuverability.
