    Abstract: A composite electronic apparatus containing two different electronic devices in a single housing wherein the principal functional parts of the two electronic devices are respectively arranged on two adjacent surfaces of the housing. The housing is rotatable thereby causing the two adjacent surfaces having the principal functional parts arranged thereon to face a forward direction, respectively, in accordance with the different operating conditions of the composite electronic apparatus.
