Patent number: 11571473Abstract: An examination system that recognizes a glycosylated antigen in Dane particles of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and a neutralizing antibody that recognizes the glycosylated antigen and that exhibits an infection-inhibiting activity. It was elucidated that Dane particles are associated with specific glycan structures, and this enabled the construction of a new detection system for infectious, i.e., nucleic acid-containing, hepatitis B virus particles and the provision of a neutralizing antibody that recognizes a glycosylated antigen and that exhibits an infection-inhibiting activity.Type: GrantFiled: June 6, 2019Date of Patent: February 7, 2023Assignees: NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, UNIVERSITY OF TOYAMAInventors: Hisashi Narimatsu, Kiyohiko Angata, Hiroyuki Kaji, Atsushi Kuno, Takashi Sato, Yasunori Chiba, Akira Togayachi, Hiroki Shimizu, Maki Sogabe, Takanori Wagatsuma, Masashi Mizokami, Masaaki Korenaga, Kazuto Tajiri, Tatsuhiko Ozawa

Patent number: 9148566Abstract: Conventional X-ray photographing has several problems for eliminating the influence from the cervical vertebrae such as rework of original images, causing possible loss of useful information, as well as long processing time and the need for a plurality of panoramic images. The X-ray photographic device according to the present invention can eliminate the influence from the cervical vertebrae projected at around the anterior teeth of the panoramic image of a tooth row, without missing the original image information and without influence of different shapes of cervical vertebrae and X-ray permeability by each subject. In addition, as the present invention achieves these through arithmetic processing, there is no need to intensify X-ray output in the section corresponding to the anterior teeth, nor decelerate the rotating speed of arms during photographing, and it is possible to suppress the X-ray dose received by the subject.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2010Date of Patent: September 29, 2015Assignee: The Yoshida Dental Mfg., Co., Ltd.Inventor: Takanori Wagatsuma

Patent number: 8979366Abstract: An X-ray photographing device includes an X-ray irradiating unit (10) for irradiating an object (5) with an X-ray beam (6) having a slit shape from a source (11a), and an imaging member (7) provided with a surface (7a) to receive the X-ray beam. A pivot drive unit causes the irradiating unit (10) and the imaging member (7) to pivot about a pivoting center line (La) around the object (5), and a sub-drive unit (30) causes the imaging member (7) to have a local motion in a circumferential direction with a shift width (Mw). A width (W2) of the surface (7a) in the circumferential direction is smaller than the shift width (Mw) and the local motion is a local rotation motion made on the rotation center line (Lc). This configuration reduces the cost of the device, reduces vibrations of the imaging member (7), and enhances operating efficiency.Type: GrantFiled: August 9, 2010Date of Patent: March 17, 2015Assignee: The Yoshida Dental Mfg. Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takeshi Tomoe, Takanori Wagatsuma, Terumi Takemoto

Patent number: 8165265Abstract: Tomographic images in a plurality of radius places are obtained in one-time X-ray photographing, and a lot of information on the diagnose can be provided by forming a stereoscopic image with these obtained tomographic images, and thickness of radial and fineness of angular direction of tomographic image that can be obtained herein compared with prior art can be set arbitrary and can be adjusted thereby obtaining further imperceptible stereoscopic image. To this end, whole photographed images at respective divided unit angles that can be obtained in the digital dental panoramic radiography apparatus at the tomography in the circular orbit, are stored, after X-ray photographed, these photographed images are arranged substantially on the circular arc at the radius place of the tomographic image of the desired extracting part, tomographic images in radius location can be constructed by adding while shifting every photograph unit angle.Type: GrantFiled: December 19, 2007Date of Patent: April 24, 2012Assignee: Yoshida Creation Inc.Inventors: Katsumi Niwa, Takanori Wagatsuma, Hisanori Nakahama
