  • Patent number: 6492692
Abstract: To decrease the area of a chip, improve the manufacturing efficiency and decrease the cost in a semiconductor device such as a driver integrated circuit having a number of output pads, and an electronic circuit device such as electronic clock. There are disposed output pads superposed in two dimensions on driving transistors or logic circuits connected thereto, respectively. Further, not only aluminum interconnection but also bump electrodes or barrier metals are used for the interconnection of the semiconductor device. In a case where a semiconductor integrated circuit is electrically adhered on to a printed circuit board in a face down manner, a solder bump disposed on the semiconductor integrated circuit and the interconnection of the printed circuit board are directly connected to each other, thereby realizing the electrical connection. On this occasion, the bump electrode as the external connecting terminal of the semiconductor integrated circuit is laminated on the transistor.

  • Patent number: 5883870
Abstract: A disk information recording medium is loaded on a tray. The tray is loaded in a frame and rotated when information is read from the disk information recording medium. The tray projects from the frame and causes the disk information recording medium to be exposed from the frame when the disk information recording medium is replaced with another one. A braking member is provided on the frame in a position such that the braking member comes into contact with the disk information recording medium when the tray having the disk information recording medium loaded thereon projects from the frame and exposes the disk information recording medium from the frame.

  • Patent number: 5784350
Abstract: A disk drive apparatus which eliminates the eject button on a front bezel and eliminates the opening for the eject button is provided. A tray carries a recording medium, and is movable between an eject position in which the recording medium in the tray is ejected and a disk loading position in which the recording medium is positioned inside the disk drive apparatus for reading operations. The tray is moved toward the eject position by a moving mechanism. The tray is maintained in the disk loading position by an engaging member engaging with the tray. An engagement of the tray is released by pressing the tray in a disk loading direction from the eject position to the disk loading position.

An electron beam of over 2 MeV and 1E15/cm.sup.2 is irradiated to a monocrystal silicon semiconductor region in a substrate and then annealing is performed at a high temperature of over 200.degree. C. As a result, at 150 K., a shallow level traps of which the activation energy from a valence band EV is under 0.1 eV and which is produced at the concentration of about 1.2-1.7E15/cm.sup.3, and a deep level traps of which the activation energy is 0.28-0.32 eV and which is produced at the concentration of about 1.6-2.0E13/cm.sup.3 are obtained.
