    Abstract: A frame for supporting a mold for use in manufacturing a product from expanded polystyrene. The frame includes angled corner locking members having longitudinally projecting guide portions located at each end, and longitudinal side members having longitudinally projecting complementary guide portions located at each end. The guide portions and the complementary guide portions are adapted to slidably interfit with one another to form an interlocked engagement. The angled corner locking members and the longitudinal side portions further include recessed portions located on interior facing walls for supporting the mold on the frame.
