  • Publication number: 20030046199
Abstract: A lease payment plan for leasing property such as a motor vehicle for a specified lease period is determined, by setting a shorter period shorter than the lease period, from a partial cost to be recouped within the shorter period and an entire cost to be recouped over the entire lease period. The partial cost is calculated in accordance with an initial value of the property and a first residual value at the end of the shorter period. The entire cost is calculated in accordance with the initial value of the property and a second residual value at the expiration of the lease period.

  • Patent number: 5466279
Abstract: An electric dust collector system which contains a plurality of charging mechanisms such as ionizer electrodes for charging dust particles and a plurality of collector mechanisms such as collector electrodes for collecting the dust particles. The collector electrodes are oxidized inwardly from the surface to form a metal oxide semiconductor layer. An ionizer-collector integrated electric dust collector system where the collector electrodes are extended and connected from the ionizer electrodes is disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, an electric dust collector system further contains electrostatic filters for collecting the dust particles and mesh-shaped electrodes for applying the electric field.

  • Patent number: 3990130
Abstract: Two paralleled fastener tapes are provided on their front and back surfaces with engagement pieces to close and open the tapes, as well as a locking device to fix the slider having inversed V shaped arms at one end. On both sides of the slider are provided hooks to close the arms by engaging the tips of the arms of the locking device, so that a complete airtightness is maintained in the airtight slide fastener when the fastener is closed against any of the pressures applied from the directions of the back or the front of the tapes.
