  • Patent number: 11963576
Abstract: A sole structure for a shoe includes an upper wall portion disposed on the upper side, a lower wall portion disposed below and away from the upper wall portion, and a sidewall portion that is disposed between the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion and that is elastically deformable in the vertical direction. The upper and lower wall portions and the sidewall portion are formed of resin-made wall-shaped members. A three-dimensional elastic fiber structure formed of resin fibers is provided in the interior region between the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion. The interior region includes a hollow portion that is in contact with the three-dimensional elastic fiber structure via a partition wall formed of a resin-made wall-shaped member.

  • Patent number: 4293637
Abstract: Method of making metal electrode, characterized by having the steps of:forming double layers of metal on the principal face of the semiconductor substrate which has electrode pads contacting specified regions of the semiconductor substrate, forming a photosensitive film on the whole surface of the metal double layers, etching said photosensitive film in a manner to selectively form openings on areas above the electrode pads, thereby exposing parts of the double layers above the electrode pads, forming metal bumps on said exposed surfaces of said double layers, removing said photosensitive film while retaining narrow surrounding parts around said metal bumps, andetching said double layers of metal by utilizing said narrow surrounding parts as etching mask, thereby removing the parts of said double layers which is covered by said narrow surrounding parts.

  • Patent number: 4177990
Abstract: A fiber reinforced racket frame advantageously usable for tennis rackets includes a discontinuous foamed resin core made up of a plurality of core pieces longitudinally aligned in end-to-end relationship which preferably vary in the transverse cross-sectional characteristic and/or density from piece to piece. Longitudinal discontinuity and, preferably, change in at least one of the transverse cross-sectional characteristics and density effectively hinder direct and smooth transmission to players' hands of the impact imposed on the playing face of the racket. The manufacturing process is greatly simplified so as to fit automatization and mass-production.
