Abstract: A dental adhesive coating base composition comprising a copolymer represented by formula (I) or (II) in an amount of from 5 to 40 wt % based on the total amounts of the composition; and an oral composition comprising at least one of a copolymer represented by formula (I) and a copolymer represented by formula (II) in an amount of from 5 to 40 wt % based on the total amount of the composition, at least one of a phosphoric acid and tartaric acid present in an amount effective to increase the solubility of fluoride in the composition, up to an amount of 6 wt % or less based on the total amount of the composition; a fluorine-containing compound in an amount effective for dental caries prevention; and a volatile nonaqueous solvent are disclosed: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.11 represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R.sup.12 represents a lower alkyl group having from 1 to 2 carbon atoms, provided that three R.sup.12 groups must be the same; R.sup.13, R.sup.14, R.sup.15, R.sup.16 and R.sup.

Abstract: A mouthpiece comprising an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of from 12 to 33 wt %, and the process for producing the same comprising the steps of:preparing a thermoplastic elastic sheet material formed to be increased in thickness from one end to the other end;preparing a teeth impression cast of a user who is going to use a mouthpiece to be produced; andpressing said teeth impression cast against said thermoplastic elastic sheet material in a softened state so as to transfer a shape of said teeth of said user onto said thermoplastic elastic sheet material to thereby obtain a mouthpiece which is set to be thicker at a portion corresponding to a front teeth position than at a portion corresponding to a molar teeth position.

Abstract: A portable toothpick case comprises a flat box-like body composed of a flat base member and a flat cover member and having lengthwisely elongated top and bottom openings on its top and bottom periphery walls; a lid member lengthwisely slidably mounted on the top opening of the body and having a guide plate and an opening for taking out toothpicks contained in the body one by one; a toothpick delivery structure; a movable bottom plate mounted on the bottom opening of the body; and fixing clips for integrally fixing the base and cover members. Toothpicks are inserted into the body through the bottom opening and are taken out one by one by sliding the lid member.
