  • Patent number: 7599824
Abstract: In a gear cutting simulation method and device, a gear-cutting-machine model which specifies relative positions between a blank model and a cutter model is created. A gear model is created as a result of simulation of gear cutting which is performed with the blank model and the cutter model arranged in the gear-cutting-machine model.

    Inventors: Takao Shigemi, Akira Yamamoto
  • Patent number: 7237976
Abstract: A key-engaging part structure which realizes an efficient formation of a key-engaging part in an axial-hole member is provided. A key-engaging through hole is formed in a key-engaging part of an axial-hole member while both and portions of the axial-hole member leave intact such that the key-engaging through hole is bored through the axial-hole member in the radial direction. The key-engaging part is formed using this through hole.

  • Publication number: 20070022836
Abstract: A motor with a helical pinion is made available as the motor for a hypoid geared motor. The hypoid geared motor includes a motor with a helical pinion formed on a motor shaft; a shaft member having an engagement portion integrally rotatable with the helical pinion at one end and having a hypoid pinion formed at the other end; and a hypoid gear to engage with the hypoid pinion.

  • Publication number: 20060213303
Abstract: The gear system has a lubricant A put into an inner part of an oil seal provided around an input shaft, and a lubricant B put into an inner part of the reducer (gear system) which mainly lubricates a reducer portion. The characteristics of these lubricants A and B are set in such a manner that a base oil viscosity of the lubricant A is smaller than that of the latter lubricant B and a cone penetration of the lubricant A is larger than that of the lubricant B.

  • Publication number: 20030074994
Abstract: A series of hypoid reducers (reducing devices) and a series of hypoid geared motors are provided in a wide variety at a low cost, which corresponds to many different speed reduction ratios and a low cost inventory. The hypoid reducers have a hypoid gear set including a hypoid pinion and a hypoid gear. The hypoid gear sets can have different speed reduction ratios and can be integrated into a gearbox common to the series hypoid reducers.
