Abstract: An apparatus is provided for making color comparisons between a test sample and a plurality of color samples. The color samples are arranged on a circle on a rotatable member and are successively moved into position adjacent a test sample. When an operator determines that a color sample adjacent the test sample is closest in color to the test sample he operates a switch which causes a stored numerical value associated with that sample to be read out and displayed on a display device.

Abstract: A nebulizer comprising a housing having a liquid reservoir at a lower portion thereof and an atomizer space and an atomized liquid discharge port both communicating with the liquid reservoir at an upper portion thereof, a compressed air introduction pipe formed with a nozzle at an end thereof and a liquid suction pipe for sucking liquid in the liquid reservoir, both pipes being provided at a lower portion of the housing, wherein said liquid suction pipe is removably fitted to said compressed air introduction pipe, and a gap between said compressed air introduction pipe and said liquid suction pipe is used as a liquid suction passage.

Abstract: A test sample color comparison device is disclosed which has a casing unit with an insertion slot for inserting a color test sample therein, and a display section for displaying the color test sample adjacent at least one of a plurality of reference color shades, as the reference color shades are successively moved into position adjacent the color test sample by a manipulation wheel. When an operator determines that a reference color shade adjacent the test sample corresponds in color to the color of the test sample, he pushes a switch to cause a readout of stored information corresponding to the reference color shade then adjacent the test sample. Readout of the stored information is based on a bit pattern set by a plurality of converter switches which are turned on and off in different patterns which correspond to the different color shades as the reference color shades are moved into position by the manipulation wheel.

Abstract: An improved steam inhaler for producing steam from water and aspirating inhalation liquid having a certain medical efficacy with the steam, comprising: a water supply tank, a first conduit, a first heating chamber, a second conduit, a second heating chamber, and a steam nozzle, along the path the water conveyed. The first and second heating chambers are provided with heating elements, and a one-way valve is provided in the first conduit. Therefore, the water boiled in the first chamber is conducted into the second heating chamber and prevented from returning to the water tank by the one-way valve. The water is completely vaporized in the second heating chamber. Since the water is thus metered from the water tank into the first heating chamber substantially upon demand, the steam inhaler can be activated immediately after the power is turned on, and can be deactivated immediately after the power is turned off.
