During a limitation period in which the power to be outputted from the PV-PCS is limited, a management device obtains a suppressed power generation amount on the basis of a readily estimated power generation amount of the PV panel, and controls the PV-PCS so that charging power increases by having the suppressed power generation amount as an upper limit.

The nozzle support is capable of tilting along a radial direction so as to absorb a relative displacement in the radial direction between the nozzle mount and the nozzle plate due to thermal expansion.
