  • Patent number: 11959326
Abstract: A vehicle operation detection device includes processing circuitry configured to output a command causing an opening-closing body of a vehicle to open and close in reference to capacitances of sensor electrodes arranged so as to form a row. The processing circuitry is configured to determine that a first operation has been performed when one of the sensor electrodes of which the capacitance increases is sequentially shifted in a first direction from an operation start electrode and determine that a second operation has been performed when the shifting is performed in a second direction. The sensor electrodes include an adjacent electrode adjacent to the operation start electrode. The processing circuitry is configured to determine that the capacitance of the adjacent electrode has increased when the capacitance becomes greater than or equal to a second determination value that is greater than a first determination value.

  • Patent number: 6418055
Abstract: In a one-chip microcomputer that incorporates a nonvolatile memory in which data can be electrically erased and data can be written and read, as a program memory, a reference nonvolatile memory group 40 which is lower in characteristic than a nonvolatile memory 7 in a memory cell array is disposed, and, on the basis of a result of reference of the reference nonvolatile memory group 40, the erase voltage of an erasing operation which is previously stored in a specific address region of the nonvolatile memory 7 is changed by a control circuit 44. On the basis of a result of reference of the reference nonvolatile memory group 40, the reference level of a reading operation of a sense amplifier which is previously stored in a specific address region of the nonvolatile memory 7 is changed by the control circuit 44.

  • Patent number: 6415352
Abstract: Reference nonvolatile memory groups in that data are easily erased during reading operation in comparison with a nonvolatile memory in a memory cell array is provided. Under control of a control circuit, data that is stored in the nonvolatile memory (7) is rewritten into the memory in accordance with the result of referring to the reference nonvolatile memory. Thus, the data characteristic of the memory is improved by rewriting data into the nonvolatile memory before a reading failure occurs.

  • Patent number: 6055587
Abstract: An integrated circuit, configured for connection to an SCSI bus includes a strobe assertion edge triggered glitch filter. Input data latches are controlled by the strobe assertion edge gated with a strobe enable signal and the inverted and delayed Q output of a flip-flop. Once a valid strobe assertion edge is detected, it is used latch data bus signals into the data latches. Following a defined delay period through a delay stage, the data latch strobe is masked from any further transition until the strobe enable signal is again affirmatively asserted by an SR latch. The masking period is defined upon receipt of a valid strobe assertion edge and maintained for a first period by the combination of the SR latch, a flip-flop and a delay stage. The latch strobe mask is maintained for a second period by a strobe masking extension circuit made up of series-connected flip-flops.

  • Patent number: 5887150
Abstract: An integrated circuit provides for adjustable slew rate control for both rising and falling edges of an output provided to an SCSI bus. Slew rate is controlled by adaptively varying the charge and/or discharge rate of the gate electrode of an output driver's N-channel pull-down transistor. Charge time and, thus, the falling edge slew rate, is adaptively varied by selectively adding the current source P-channel transistors to a current bus coupled to the gate electrode of the pull-down transistor. Similarly, the discharge rate and, thus, the rising edge slew rate, is adaptively adjusted by selectively switching current sink transistors on to the current bus coupled to the pull-down transistor's gate electrode. The amount of currents sourced or sunk is determined by varying the W/L ratios of both the current source and current sink transistors.

  • Patent number: 5311376
Abstract: An integrated servo system for a disk drive employing sector servo positioning information on concentric tracks of a recording medium utilizes a servo burst pattern with three sequentially occurring servo bursts. One burst is positioned to have a maximum amplitude plateau on a track centerline of alternate tracks, and the other two bursts have maximum plateau values at locations between the centerlines of adjacent tracks. The amplitudes of the bursts are sequentially detected by a peak detector and supplied to sample and hold circuitry for measuring their relative amplitudes. Discriminator circuitry utilizes a window to provide two samples of each transition in the servo pattern and compares the samples to detect different fields and events in the pattern.
