  • Publication number: 20240068935
Abstract: A colorimetric system includes a terminal device and an information processing device. The terminal device includes a transmitter that associates a colorimetric value indicating a color of a colorimetry target subjected to colorimetry by a colorimetric device with accompanying information including at least one of a captured image of the colorimetry target and positional information of the colorimetry target and transmits the colorimetric value and the accompanying information. The information processing device includes a receiver that receives the colorimetric value and the accompanying information, and a display unit that displays the colorimetric value and the accompanying information in a state in which the colorimetric value is associated with the accompanying information.

  • Patent number: 10530969
Abstract: Printers can be desirably color matched irrespective of whether or not a specified color is a color in the gamut range. A client device 100 determines by a gamut range evaluator 232 whether or not a specified color is a color in the gamut range, which is the range of colors a second printer 50 can reproduce; causes a color chart data generator 235 to generate image data for producing a color chart referenced to the specified color when the specified color is a color in the gamut range; and causes the generator to select a color on the gamut surface based on the specified color when the specified color is a color outside the gamut range, and generate the image data to create the color chart referenced to the selected color.

  • Patent number: 9811292
Abstract: The amount of data transmitted is reduced and processing is accelerated in a process that uses image difference data to reduce the amount of data. A host computer 1 segments a first image and a second image into corresponding rectangular cells each containing plural pixels, compares the first image and the second image and identifies corresponding cells that differ, and extracts the identified cells. The host computer 1 then combines plural extracted cells into rectangular units, and outputs image difference data based on the generated units to a printer 5.
