Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a laminate material for a transparent substrate material or protecting material, which exhibits excellent surface hardness, excellent form stability under heat or when absorbing water, and excellent adhesion to a coating composition, and excellent heat resistance under load, and which maintains excellent adhesion between the layers. The present invention is a laminate material comprising a first layer comprising a vinyl copolymer resin (A), and a second layer comprising a thermoplastic resin (B) stacked on the first layer, or comprising the first layer, the second layer, and a third layer comprising the vinyl copolymer resin (A) stacked on the second layer (the vinyl copolymer resin (A) constituting the first layer and the vinyl copolymer resin (A) constituting the third layer may be the same or different).
