  • Patent number: 11408420
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a long-life stator and a uniaxial eccentric screw pump provided with the stator, which enable a comparatively extended period of use by preventing damage of the stator due to repeating of attachment and removal to/from the uniaxial eccentric screw pump. A stator 20 includes an outer cylinder 30, and a stator main body 42 having flange-shaped gasket parts 46 and 47. The stator 20 includes fixing areas 24 and 25 to which the gasket parts 46 and 47 and the outer cylinder 30 are adhered. One or both of the outer cylinder 30 and the gasket parts 46 and 47 has a derricking part penetrating or being dented in axial directions X and made into such a shape where at least part of one of the outer cylinder and the gasket parts is fitted into the other.

  • Publication number: 20150202684
Abstract: Provided are a method of molding an amorphous alloy, which has a high degree of work freedom regardless of components of an amorphous alloy, in particular, metallic glass and of the shape of an article to be molded, and is capable of producing a molded article having less pores, and a molded object produced by the molding method. The method of molding an amorphous alloy includes: a melting step of melting an amorphous alloy; a differential-pressure casting step of injecting a melt of the amorphous alloy into a casting mold positioned below the melt and evacuating the casting mold; and a processing step of processing the melt by heating and pressurizing the melt in the casting mold while keeping the melt in a supercooled state.

Abstract: A uniaxial eccentric screw pump enabling a stator to be easily separated into an outer cylinder and a lining member, and being capable of solving problems such as a positional shift and deformation of the lining member, and an occurrence of uneven wear and an unstable discharge amount associated with the positional shift and deformation. The stator includes a liner portion having a cylindrical shape and being integrally formed so as to have an inner peripheral surface of an internal thread type and an outer cylinder portion. The liner portion includes, at both end portions thereof, flange portions protruding radially outward, and an outer cylinder mounting portion is provided between the flange portions. The outer cylinder portion is mounted in a non-bonded state on the outer cylinder mounting portion, and both end portions of the outer cylinder portion abut on the flange portions, respectively.

  • Patent number: 7104255
Abstract: In an internal combustion engine, it is first determined whether a load factor of the internal combustion engine is a specified value or more and the engine speed of the internal combustion engine is a specified speed or less. If these conditions are satisfied, fuel is injected from both of a port injection valve and a direct injection valve, and a fuel injection timing of the direct injection valve is decided so as to inject fuel from the direct injection valve during the compression stroke of the internal combustion engine.

  • Patent number: 6988485
Abstract: An internal combustion engine (10) is provided with a port injector (28) and an in-cylinder injector (22). Before a port injection is started, the total amount of fuel to be injected is calculated (at an injection amount calculation timing). The port injection fuel amount and the in-cylinder injection fuel amount are calculated by appropriately dividing the total amount between them. If a change of the operating load on the internal combustion engine (10) is detected after the injection amount calculation timing, the load change is reflected in the amount of fuel to be injected in the current engine cycle by increasing or decreasing the in-cylinder injection fuel amount.

  • Patent number: 6840210
Abstract: A direct cylinder injection-type spark ignition internal combustion engine is disclosed. The engine comprises a spark plug, a cavity formed in the top surface of a piston, and a fuel injection valve for injecting fuel into the cavity in nearly the shape of a fan having a relatively small thickness. When the fuel injected in nearly the shape of a fan from the fuel injection valve is considered by being divided into a plurality of fuel segments in a radial direction, a side wall of the cavity has a first fuel deflection passage 82a and a second fuel deflection passage 82b for so deflecting at least two of the plurality of fuel segments as to pass near the spark plug. The side wall of the cavity is at least partly provided with a return portion 83 that protrudes toward the inside of the cavity.
