The rotating section has a plurality of magnets arranged in a circumferential direction, a rotor core which is in contact with the magnets, a magnet holder which is fixed to the rotor core, and an annular plate. The lower surface of the annular plate faces the upper surface of the magnets. Further, the annular plate is fixed to the rotor core and the magnet holder. Employing this structure enables the annular plate to further prevent an upward position shift of the magnets.
