Abstract: The present invention provides a control method of a server apparatus intervening in a generation, maintenance and disconnection of a session which is set up for communication between a plurality of client apparatuses connecting with each other by way of an information network, comprising the processes of retaining, by the server apparatus, first session management information relating to a billing out of session management information which is created within the server apparatus at a generation of the session, and transmitting second management information other than the first management information to the client apparatus; and recovering the second session management information from the client apparatus to the server apparatus at a disconnection of the aforementioned session.

Abstract: A service switching point equipped with a switching function and connected via a communication network to a service control point equipped with an additional-service control function sends a request for an additional service to the service control point when the additional service is requested by a terminal (subscriber). The service control point executes control for the additional service, creates additional service charging information (first charging information) related to the additional service and sends the first information to the service switching point. The latter creates second charging information, which is information related to the ordinary service, as part of detailed charging information and creates detailed charging information by combining the first charging information, which is sent from the service control point, with the second charging information.

Abstract: In a load control system having n types of processes provided for processing requests of an identical type, a load processing unit executes one of m types of processes among the n types of processes in response to one of the processing requests where n and m are respectively integers equal to or larger than 1 and m is equal to or smaller than n. A monitor unit periodically monitors a load of the load processing unit and selects the m types of processes from among the n types of processes on the basis of the load of the load processing unit. An execution ratio calculation unit determines execution ratios of the m types of processes so that the load of the load processing unit is equal to or lower than a first reference value and an execution ratio of at least one of the types of processes is equal to or higher than a second reference value. The load processing unit executes the m types of processes in response to the processing requests with the execution ratios of the m types of processes.
