Abstract: There are provided a composite material, a packaging container, and a composite material inspection method, which have a high degree of freedom in a place where the inspection is performed. The packaging container 10 includes a medicine storage space forming portion 16. The medicine storage space forming portion 16 has two first parts 20 and two second parts 22. The first part 20 and the second part 22 are formed of the same material. The material is a composite material 30 described below. The composite material 30 includes one covering portion 40, one conductive layer 42, one insulating layer 44, another insulating layer 46, another conductive layer 48, another covering portion 50, and a short-circuit preventing portion 52.
