  • Patent number: 8805562
Abstract: A level difference or a uncut portion is prevented from being left between adjoining worked regions without forming any useless worked region. A lathe sectional shape forming unit (222) produces a sheet model of a lathe sectional shape in an X-Z plane on the basis of the solid model of a lathe shape formed by a lathe shape forming unit (220). A first/second step working sectional shape forming unit (227) produces sheet models of the worked sectional shapes of the first step and the second step on the basis of the sheet model of the lathe sectional shape, a step dividing position and an overlap amount. A first step disused shape deleting unit (229) and a second step disused shape deleting unit (230) delete the shape needing no work, from the sheet models of the worked sectional shapes of the first step and the second step.

  • Patent number: 8641438
Abstract: In an electronic device, a slider is disposed in an insertion opening of a housing of a card edge connector. The slider is movable with an insertion operation of a circuit board into the insertion opening from an initial position before the circuit board is inserted to an insertion completed position where the insertion operation of the circuit board is completed by being pushed by the circuit board. When the slider is at the initial position, terminal projections are supported on a support surface of the slider in a resiliently deformed condition so that contacts are separated from an electrode-formed surface of the circuit board. When the slider is at the insertion completed position, the terminal projections are completely separated from the slider and in a state of applying a spring back force of resilient deformation to the circuit board through the contacts.

  • Publication number: 20130037006
Abstract: An evaporated fuel treating apparatus reduces blow-through of evaporated fuel components from an atmosphere port to an outside and has a fluid circulation passage which includes at one end side a first chamber containing granulated carbon or fractured carbon, and heat storage material and at another end side a second chamber containing granulated carbon or fractured carbon and not having the heat storage material. A delay diffusion chamber is disposed between the first chamber and the second chamber, which does not have activated carbon and the heat storage material therein. An adsorption amount of evaporated fuel of granulated or fractured carbon in the second chamber is set to be not less than 2 vol % and not more than 8 vol % of a total adsorption amount of evaporated fuel of granulated or fractured carbon, and a volume of the delay diffusion chamber is larger than that of the second chamber.

  • Patent number: 8374718
Abstract: A preceding-check processing sequence is provided separately from a machine-control processing sequence for an actual machine control, to make it possible to perform a collision check at an accurate position from an operation restart time of a machining program even when an operator interrupts an operation in the middle of the machining program or when the operator interrupts the operation as having detected a collision. This preceding-check processing sequence performs a collision possibility check ahead of an actual machine control. In this arrangement, there is provided a control-state synchronizing unit that matches a state of the preceding-check processing sequence with a state of the machine-control processing sequence during a period from when a machine stops until when the machine restarts an operation.

  • Publication number: 20130030781
Abstract: When a material shape model is separated in shear through processing, a shape model of a material in a state of being suspended remains in mid-air, and thus, interference is detected excessively. In order to prevent the excessive detection of interference, in a processing simulation method for generating a shape model of a processed material from a shape model of a material and a shape model of a tool processing area which is defined from a shape model of the tool and a movement path of the tool, the shape model of the material being separated into a plurality of shapes by processing is detected; a material shape to be cut-off is extracted from the separated material shapes; and the extracted material shape to be cut-off is excluded from subject of simulation.

  • Patent number: 8187038
Abstract: A card edge connector for electrically connecting harnesses to contact electrodes that are located in different positions on a surface of an electronic substrate in an insertion direction includes a housing, harness terminals, and relay terminals. The housing defines a substrate insertion hole for receiving the electronic substrate. The harness terminals are separately connected to the harnesses and located in different positions in a height direction perpendicular to the insertion direction. The relay terminals separately connect the harness terminals to the contact electrodes upon insertion of the electronic substrate into the substrate insertion hole.

  • Patent number: 8180957
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a memory control unit and a memory control method capable of making the operation setting of SDRAM without intentionally stopping access to the SDRAM. A switch signal generation section (18) for generating a switch signal to switch the operation setting of SDRAM (200), a switch control section (16) for switching the operation setting of the SDRAM (200) using a switch setup value (17) as the switch signal is output from the switch signal generation section (18), and an access control section (14) for suppressing acceptance of an access request to the SDRAM (200) in the time period from the switch start time of the operation setting to the switch completion time are provided. Accordingly, when the operation setting of the SDRAM (200) is changed, it is not necessary to intentionally stop access to the SDRAM (200) and it is made possible to change the operation setting of the SDRAM (200) without being affected by the access situation to the SDRAM (200).
