Publication number: 20170268524Abstract: This invention prevents seizure of a dynamic pressure gas bearing caused upon swinging contact between a motor shaft and a sleeve and an increase in contact friction torque. It also detects rotation of auxiliary bearings. A motor includes auxiliary bearings in series with a dynamic pressure gas bearing, and a non-contact detent torque generation mechanism parallel to the auxiliary bearings suppresses rotation of the auxiliary bearings. Where Ta denotes rotation-time viscous friction torque of the dynamic pressure gas bearing, Tka denotes contact friction torque possibly causing damage to the dynamic pressure gas bearing, Tb denotes rotation friction torque of the auxiliary bearings, and Tdmax denotes maximum torque generated when rotation of the auxiliary bearings is suppressed by the non-contact detent torque generation mechanism, (Ta+Tka)>(Tb+Tdmax)>(Ta), and the rotation detecting means detects the rotation of the auxiliary bearings.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 15, 2016Publication date: September 21, 2017Inventors: Takashi Kanai, Hiroki Matsushita

Publication number: 20170191523Abstract: In a motor, a dynamic pressure gas bearing is prevented from seizing when the motor shaft and a sleeve contact each other. The number of rotations of a rotating body with respect to a case is maintained substantially constant both before and after contact. Auxiliary bearings are arranged in series with the gas bearing. A non-contact detent torque generation mechanism in parallel with the auxiliary bearings suppresses rotation in the auxiliary bearings. The sum of a predetermined detent torque generated by the torque generation mechanism during a rotation suppression time and the friction torque of the auxiliary bearings is smaller than the magnitude of an adhesion-time contact friction torque generated when the motor shaft and sleeve adhere to each other and is greater than the magnitude of a rotation-time viscous friction torque of the dynamic pressure gas bearing while the motor shaft and sleeve are spaced from each other.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 1, 2015Publication date: July 6, 2017Inventors: Takashi Kanai, Masatoshi Obayashi, Hiroki Matsushita

Publication number: 20170171953Abstract: An X-ray inspection device achieves a high cooling effect without using an expensive air conditioner and is excellent in cleaning property. The inside of a first case of an X-ray inspection device is separated into plural cooling partitions by separation walls by the use limit temperature and the like, and heat sources respectively having intrinsic use limit temperature are stored in respective partitions. Because a flow passage of air is set inside the cooling partition so that the heat sources having low use limit temperature are disposed upstream of the heat sources having high use limit temperature, the cooling efficiency is excellent. A heat absorption member of a heat exchange device exists inside the first case, and a heat radiation member exists inside a second case communicating with the external air. Because there is no protrusion of the heat radiation member as the total cases, cleaning property is excellent.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2016Publication date: June 15, 2017Inventors: Toshiaki KIKUCHI, Naoya SAITO, Hisashi HAYASHI, Takashi KANAI

Patent number: 9039073Abstract: First to third steel members are cut to form predetermined planar shapes using press machines and form an upper member, a reinforcement member and a lower member. The carbon content of the third steel member is set lower than the carbon content of the first and second steel members. The upper member, the reinforcement member and the lower member are then assembled. The reinforcement member is superposed on the upper member. The upper member and the lower member are partially superposed. The superposed portions of the upper member and the reinforcement member and the superposed portions of the upper member and the lower member are then respectively joined by spot welding to form a blank member. The spot welded blank member is then heated to a temperature of a transformation point or higher, and the blank member is hot press formed by one press machine.Type: GrantFiled: February 21, 2014Date of Patent: May 26, 2015Assignee: TOA Industries Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masaki Yajima, Takashi Kanai
