Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lead-free glass composition in which crystallization is suppressed and which has a low softening point. This lead-free glass composition is characterized by containing silver oxide, tellurium oxide and vanadium oxide, and further containing at least one compound selected from among yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, erbium oxide, ytterbium oxide, aluminum oxide, gallium oxide, indium oxide, iron oxide, tungsten oxide and molybdenum oxide as an additional component, and in that the content values (mol %) of silver oxide, tellurium oxide and vanadium oxide satisfy the relationships Ag2O>TeO2?V2O5 and Ag5O?2V2O5 when calculated in terms of the oxides, and in that the content of TeO2 is 25-37 mol. %.
Abstract: An air discharge device includes a duct that defines a flow passage through which a working air flow to be discharged passes, and a hole forming member defining an air discharge hole as an outlet of the working air flow. The hole forming member has a vortex generation structure configured to generate an auxiliary vortex having a vortex characteristic including a vortex rotation direction and a vortex axis direction. The vortex characteristic of the auxiliary vortex is different from that of a lateral vortex generated by the working air flow at a downstream side of the air discharge hole. The vortex generation structure is configured in the hole forming member so that the auxiliary vortex collides with the lateral vortex in a state where at least one of the vortex rotation direction and the vortex axial direction of the vortex characteristic is different from that of the lateral vortex.
Abstract: A system for implementing filter control includes an audio processing apparatus, an analog-to-digital converter, a digital-to-analog converter, a filter, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive parameters that define a frequency response in a given frequency bandwidth. The processor is also configured to generate, based on the parameters, a response curve representative of a frequency response of a filter. The processor is also configured to generate, based on the response curve, a filter coefficient of the filter. The lower inclined portion corresponds to, within the given frequency bandwidth, a frequency bandwidth that is lower than a frequency bandwidth corresponding to the upper inclined portion.
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition with which a pattern thus formed has excellent LER and collapse suppressing ability. Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide a resist film, a pattern forming method, a method for manufacturing an electronic device, each using the actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition. In addition, still another object of the present invention is to provide a resin which can be used in the actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition.
Abstract: A mental illness determination device includes a face change information acquisition unit and a mental illness determination unit. The face change information acquisition unit is configured to acquire face change information indicating a time-series change in face data of a subject when emotional stimulation information for stimulating any sense or any combination of senses among an auditory sense, an olfactory sense, a gustatory sense, a tactile sense, and a somatic sensation of the subject to change emotion, and is divided into positive information for increasing comfort and negative information for decreasing comfort is provided to the subject. The mental illness determination unit is configured to determine a state of mental illness of the subject on the basis of the face change information.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes an image bearing member, a transfer member, a conveyance unit arranged upstream of a transfer portion in a sheet conveyance direction, an upstream conveyance unit arranged upstream of the conveyance unit, a drive unit configured to drive the conveyance unit; and a controller configured to control the drive unit to change a conveyance speed of the conveyance unit so that, in a case where a trailing edge of the sheet passes through the upstream conveyance unit after a leading edge of the sheet in the sheet conveyance direction has entered the transfer portion, the conveyance unit conveys the sheet by a first speed before the trailing edge of the sheet passes through the upstream conveyance unit, and by a second speed that is faster than the first speed after the trailing edge of the sheet has passed through the upstream conveyance unit.
Abstract: The present invention provides an actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition that can provide a resist film with excellent sensitivity and a pattern with excellent LER performance, and can suppress pattern collapse during pattern formation. In addition, the present invention also provides a resist film, a pattern forming method, a mask blank with a resist film, a method for producing a photomask, and a method for manufacturing an electronic device, each using the actinic ray-sensitive or radiation-sensitive resin composition.
Abstract: A noise determination method executed by a computer, the noise determination method includes: acquiring time-series data; identifying a shape of a waveform of the time-series data using a persistent diagram; extracting a cluster whose lifetime from birth to death is equal to or greater than a threshold value in the persistent diagram; determining, from statistical information regarding time intervals related to pieces of data included in the cluster, whether or not peaks appear at regular intervals in the waveform of the time-series data; and controlling, based on a result of the determining, notification of an alert indicating that the time-series data includes noise.
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a neutron-absorbing material which has high neutron absorption performance, is less apt to suffer structural degradation caused by irradiation with neutrons or ? rays, and has satisfactory water resistance.
