Patent number: 10086790Abstract: The present invention provides a gas generator in which no positioning device for a cylindrical filter is needed, and a method of assembling the gas generator. The inside of a combustion chamber is filled with a predetermined amount of a molded article of a gas generating agent in a state in which an outside positioning jig is disposed between a cylindrical filter and a circumferential wall portion of a diffuser shell, and an inside positioning jig is disposed between the cylindrical filter and an inner tube. Upon completion of the filling, the two positioning jigs are removed, and the molded article of the gas generating agent is pressed in by an annular underplate. The cylindrical filter is positioned by this pressing-in.Type: GrantFiled: April 3, 2015Date of Patent: October 2, 2018Assignee: DAICEL CORPORATIONInventor: Takashi Katsuta

Publication number: 20050079007Abstract: A rotary joint includes a fixed-side member, a rotational-side member and a fluid-tightly sealed portion which is formed in a region between two rotation seals arranged on a relative rotating face between the fixed-side and the rotational-side members. The rotary joint is further provided with a first passage extending from the fixed-side member to the rotational-side member through the fluid-tightly sealed portion of the relative rotating face and a second passage extending from the rotational-side member to the fixed-side member through the fluid-tightly sealed portion of the relative rotation face. The first and second passages are arranged in a 180-degree interval and provided with grooves arranged on the fixed-side member side or the rotational-side member side. The grooves are arranged along the fluid-tightly sealed portion, in a range slightly smaller than 180 degree and not to interfere with each other.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2002Publication date: April 14, 2005Inventor: Takashi Katsuta

Patent number: 6842666Abstract: A robot system, in which various pieces of information are exchanged between a tool on a wrist of a robot and a control panel by wireless communication, includes plural storage cells for supplying the tool with power, plural chargers for charging the plural storage cells. An automatic change mechanism is provided on each of the plural storage cells and transfers an associated storage cell from the tool to one of the chargers and vice versa. When the storage cell being placed on the tool runs out of power, the storage cell is returned to a vacant charger to be charged, while another storage cell which has been charged is received on the tool.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2003Date of Patent: January 11, 2005Assignee: Nitta CorporationInventor: Takashi Katsuta
