  • Patent number: 12002676
Abstract: A technique for suppressing a metal component from remaining at a bottom of a mask pattern when the mask pattern is formed using a metal-containing resist film. A developable anti reflection film 103 is previously formed below a resist film 104. Further, after exposing and developing the wafer W, TMAH is supplied to the wafer W to remove a surface of the anti-reflection film 103 facing a bottom of the recess pattern 110 of the resist film 104. Therefore, the metal component 105 can be suppressed from remaining at the bottom of the recess pattern 110. Therefore, when the SiO2 film 102 is subsequently etched using the pattern of the resist film 104, the etching is not hindered, so that defects such as bridges can be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 12002073
Abstract: It is very useful for advertisers of banner ads or owners of websites when browsing information such as where on a website an individual is viewing can be collected. However, such browsing information is personal information that is difficult to be collected. Provided are an information display terminal, an information transmission method and a computer program in which there is a storage for presenting a message indicating that a reward to be paid if the viewer permits collection of browsing information, and storing an electrical message of permission as evidence when the viewer gives permission. When attributes (age, gender, occupation, type of industry, family structure etc.) of a viewer are collected under agreement in obtaining permission of collection of information from the viewer and stored in a user information storage, the browsing information becomes higher value-added.

  • Patent number: 11849217
Abstract: An image pickup apparatus that is capable of eliminating change of an image pickup direction by a user during an image pickup operation and of easily obtaining an image that records experience while focusing attention on the experience. An observation direction detection unit is worn on a body part other than a head of a user and detects an observation direction of the user. An image pickup unit is worn on a body and picks up an image. A recording direction determination unit determines a recording direction using a detection result of the observation direction detection unit.
