  • Publication number: 20120318549
Abstract: In an impact tool, a hammer case into which an output shaft of a motor is inserted is assembled to the front of a housing containing a stator core. In the hammer case, a spindle to which rotation is transmitted from the output shaft of the motor is provided. The rear end of the hammer case is coupled with a bearing box. In the housing, a partition wall through which the output shaft passes is provided between the stator core side and the hammer case side. On the housing, an air inlet is provided. An electric circuit board is provided on the front face of the stator core to close the front face with the output shaft passing therethrough. Between the electric circuit board and the partition wall, a waterproof member through which the output shaft passes is provided to close the gap therebetween.
