The object includes a grip portion. Assuming that an X axis is a straight line parallel to an axis of the grip portion and that a Y axis runs straight to the X axis, the sensor data includes an angular velocity of the object in a Y axis direction. The control section detects that the practice swing has been performed in a case where the angular velocity of the object in the Y axis direction changes from positive to negative.
