The display device comprises a plurality of spacers arranged in the first direction, wherein the plurality of spacers comprises a first, second and third spacer arranged adjacent to each other. The spacers are arranged, such that along the first direction or the second direction, a distance between a center of the first spacer and a center of the second spacer is different from a distance between the center of the second spacer and a center of the third spacer.

The first laminated structure is provided opposite to the first spacer. Each of the plurality of transistors includes a gate electrode, a semiconductor layer, and a source and drain electrode. The first laminated structure includes a first film formed in a layer identical to that of the gate electrode and a second film formed in a layer identical to that of one of the semiconductor layer and the source and drain electrode.
