    Abstract: Disclosed is a plasma processing apparatus including a processing container, a placing table, a central introduction section, and a peripheral introduction section. The central introduction section is provided above the placing table. The central introduction introduces a gas toward the placing table along the axis passing through a center of the placing table. The peripheral introduction section is provided between the central introduction section and a top surface of the placing table in a height direction. In addition, the peripheral introduction section is formed along a side wall. The peripheral introduction section provides a plurality of gas ejection ports arranged in a circumferential direction with respect to the axis. The plurality of gas ejection ports of the peripheral introduction section extend away from the placing table as the gas ejection ports come close to the axis.

    Abstract: A data transfer system includes a memory having first and second memory areas for storing information and being identified by different addresses, first and second address memories for storing the address of the first and second memory areas, and a central processing unit for reading information from the first memory area on the basis of the address stored in the first address memory. The central processing unit also writes new information in the first memory area on the basis of the address stored in the first address memory, and also stores the information read from the first memory area in the second memory area on the basis of the address stored in the second address memory. In addition, the second memory area can have a portion called a common area, in common with the first memory area. The central processing unit can read information from the first memory area including this common area on the basis of the address in the first address memory.

    Abstract: A three-phase common tank type gas circuit breaker has a grounded tank filled with an insulating gas and accommodating three interrupter assemblies for three phases of the electric power. Each assembly includes a parallel electrical connection of an interrupter having stationary and movable contacts, a capacitor and a closing resistor. The interrupters for the three phases are disposed in spaced relationship circumferentially of the tank and have axes extending axially of the tank. The closing resistor for each phase is disposed on one side of the associated interrupter adjacent an adjacent interrupter for a different phase, while the capacitor for each phase is disposed on the inner or outer side of the associated interrupter, whereby the radial and axial dimensions of the grounded tank can be reduced.
