Publication number: 20220144979Abstract: The present invention provides a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin that enables excellent continuous productivity in molding and that enables a molded article to have both processability and unevenness-preventing properties. Provided is a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin having, in Raman measurement by Raman spectroscopy, an average of a ratio (A/B) of a peak intensity A observed in a range of 660 to 700 cm?1 to a peak intensity B observed in a range of 600 to 650 cm?1 of 0.50 to 2.00, and a standard deviation of the A/B of 0.090 or less.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 27, 2020Publication date: May 12, 2022Applicants: SEKISUI CHEMICAL CO., LTD., TOKUYAMA SEKISUI CO., LTD.Inventors: Norikazu MASHINO, Kento MURAKAMI, Isao HIGUCHI, Yasunari KUSAKA, Takashi MURAMOTO

Patent number: 9621004Abstract: An armature includes a core having a plurality of teeth, which are radially formed with a rotation axis as the center, a plurality of coils where each coil is wound around each set of teeth containing at least two teeth. The plurality of coils have a plurality of inside coils placed on a rotation axis side of the teeth and a plurality of outside coils placed outside the inside coils. The plurality of inside coils are circularly arranged so that inside coils adjacent to each other are not wound around the same tooth. The plurality of outside coils are circularly arranged so that outside coils adjacent to each other are not wound around the same tooth. The outside coils are wound around a second set of combinations of teeth, which are different from a first set of combinations of teeth around which the inside coils are wound.Type: GrantFiled: November 10, 2014Date of Patent: April 11, 2017Assignee: Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hiroshi Kimura, Takashi Muramoto, Hisashi Ogino

Publication number: 20130020730Abstract: A wet flue gas desulfurization device includes, an absorber provided with: a absorber tank provided at a lower part of the absorber so as to store an absorption liquid; an absorption portion provided above the absorber tank and having multiple stages of spray headers for spraying the absorption liquid; an absorption liquid circulation system for circulating the absorption liquid in the absorber tank to the spray headers; an exhaust gas inlet portion provided in a sidewall between the absorber tank and the absorption portion; and a gas blow-out prevention member provided along an entire circumference of an inner surface of the sidewall between the exhaust gas inlet portion and the uppermost-stage spray header. Dams are intermittently provided at an inner peripheral end of the gas blow-out prevention member to extend along a circumferential direction thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 7, 2011Publication date: January 24, 2013Applicant: Babcock-Hitachi Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takashi Muramoto, Shogo Mori, Hiroyuki Nosaka, Takanori Nakamoto

Patent number: 7776141Abstract: Methods and apparatus for pollution control which are well suited for use in a coal power plant are described. Ash is collected and injected into the flue gas stream at a location upstream of a cooling module. The ash acts as an absorbent and/or reactant material onto which condensate may condense. By re-introducing ash to keep the condensation forming wet areas within the system, lower cost materials which are less corrosion resistant than needed for wet operating conditions can be used. Mercury recovery and SO3 removal is facilitated by the cooling process and re-introduction of collected ash. Activated carbon and/or an alkali absorbent material may be added. Use of a dry ESP and/or fabric filter as opposed to a wet ESP for particulate collection leads to cost benefits. Energy recovered by the cooling of the flue gas may be re-used to heat turbine condensate leading to improved energy efficiency.Type: GrantFiled: September 25, 2007Date of Patent: August 17, 2010Assignee: Hitachi Power Systems America, Ltd.Inventors: Song Wu, Takanori Nakamoto, Takashi Muramoto, Udo Zirn, Toshio Katsube, Hirofumi Kikkawa
