  • Patent number: 9407314
Abstract: A radio communication device enabling a serial interface to restart transmission in a short time when interface setting is changed, as well as a method for controlling RF-BB state in the device, are provided. According to the radio communication device in which a radio frequency section (20) and a baseband section (10) are connected through a serial interface, exclusive signals (Act, Act_Ack) for triggering an interface state change and for acknowledging it are provided between the radio frequency section and the baseband section, respectively. Interface state change control is performed by transmitting and receiving the interface state change trigger exclusive signal and its acknowledgement exclusive signal between the radio frequency section and the baseband section.

  • Patent number: 9153848
Abstract: An electronic device includes a battery capacity computing unit configured to compute a current full-charge capacity of a currently inserted battery apparatus having secondary cells. The battery capacity computing unit acquires at least information on a full-charge capacity of the battery apparatus in a brand-new state and information on the battery charge/discharge cycle count from the battery apparatus, retains a correction coefficient used when computing the current full-charge capacity of the battery apparatus, and calculates the current full-charge capacity of the battery apparatus using the information on the full-charge capacity of the battery apparatus in a brand-new state, the information on the battery charge/discharge cycle count, and the correction coefficient.

  • Publication number: 20140036904
Abstract: A signal received by an antenna (60) is inputted to an encoder (201) and to a discriminator (203). The discriminator (203) measures a length of a non-communication interval and outputs flag setting information when the length of the non-communication interval is greater than or equal to a predetermined interval length. The encoder (201) discriminates a synchronization pattern length based on the flag setting information. Referring to the flag at a time of generating a serial transmission frame, the encoder (201) sets the synchronization pattern length to be a first value when the flag has not been set and sets the synchronization pattern length to be a second value greater than the first value when the flag has been set. The encoder (201) generates a serial transmission frame with a synchronization pattern of the synchronization pattern length which has been set. A line driver (202) outputs the generated serial transmission frame.
