  • Publication number: 20060147570
Abstract: A surface treatment layer 11 is formed on a surface 10 of a through-hole 1 so that the surface 10 has an angle X of contact with solution L which is smaller than an angle Y of contact of a die 2 per se with the solution L. When the solution L is applied, the wetting action of the solution L relative to the through-hole 1 is improved so that the solution L can be extended over the surface treatment layer 11, eventually over the entire surface of the through-hole 1. Consequently, the entire surface thereof can be formed with a crystallized layer by performing water evaporation. As a result, molding at higher temperature can be realized, and high-density compacts can be stably obtained. Further, the solution L in which the lubricant is dissolved in a solvent into a homogeneous phase, is applied to a molding portion 1A, and then evaporated to thereby form crystals thereon, thus forming the crystallized layer.

  • Publication number: 20060022371
Abstract: A method for forming a compact from a powder wherein a forming portion 1A in a mold body 2 is filled with a raw powder and upper and lower punches 3,4 are fitted into the forming portion 1A to form the compact. Prior to filling the forming portion 1A with the raw powder M, a solution L with a lubricant being uniformly dissolved in a solvent is applied to a peripheral portion of the forming portion 1A, and then the solution is evaporated, thus forming a crystallized layer B thereon.

  • Patent number: 6977644
Abstract: The input device of the invention includes: a lower sheet on which four resistors are formed in a manner that each two of them with a center put in between are placed to face each other circumferentially with a spacing of about 90°; an upper sheet overlying the lower sheet with a spacing, on which conductors are formed to face the respective resistors; elastic bodies disposed over the upper sheet to face the respective conductors; and an operation member to retain upper parts of the elastic bodies. And, when the operation member is pressed downward, the elastic bodies are brought into contact with the resistors with interventions of the conductors on the upper sheet.

  • Patent number: 6833770
Abstract: A CDMA complex QPSK spread modulation method and apparatus are provided, which can be operated on a reduced gate scale with reduced power consumption. Digital data signals are spread modulated by multipliers, with the first spreading codes generated from first spreading code generators, so as to produce spread modulated signals. These spread modulated signals are input to a complex QPSK processor where they are subjected to a complex QPSK operation with second spreading codes generated from second spreading code generators. The resultant signals are filtered through low-pass filters. Digital-to-analog converters convert the filtered signals into analog values. Signals including the QCH data signal are processed through multipliers so as to weight them with a gain factor G from a gain factor controller.

  • Patent number: 6285530
Abstract: A drive section is disposed on only one side of a moving member. In the drive section, a coil is disposed sideways of a support portion so as to be in a vertically long state, and a guide portion is provided on an upper surface of the coil so as to extend from the coil onto a U-shaped yoke disposed on the side opposed to the coil. One side of the yoke is inserted into the coil. On an upper surface of the yoke is disposed a guide receiving portion which supports the tip end of the guide portion slidably. The yoke can be utilized to prevent rotation of the moving member, whereby it is possible to attain the simplification of structure.

  • Patent number: 6259049
Abstract: A key switch device having a key top colored in a dark shade on the right and front side surfaces, in a light shade on the top surface, and in an intermediate shade between the color of the right and front side surfaces and the color of the top surface, on the left and rear side surfaces. Because of these different color shades, the right and front side surfaces look as if shaded; and the top surface presents a thick, three-dimensional appearance regardless of the direction of light falling thereon. That is, the key top, being low-profile, looks thick.
