In a case in which information on a departure place is accepted, the controller selects at least one destination from one or more destination candidates and generates a travel plan for a vehicle from the departure place to the at least one destination.
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a cell preparation including mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) having a high therapeutic effect. [Solution] A method for producing activated mesenchymal stem cells, including a step of culturing MSCs in a medium containing an activator that includes an extract from a mammalian fetal appendage as an active ingredient, using a cell culture carrier having a three-dimensional structure formed of a fiber is provided. A marker for a therapeutic effect of MSCs selected from the group consisting of p16ink4a, p14ARF, CDK4, CDK6, RB, and CD47, a method for determining a therapeutic effect using the marker, a method for determining suitability of MSCs to be treated with a treatment for enhancing a therapeutic effect of MSCs, a cell preparation including MSCs, and a method for producing the same are also provided.

Abstract: An inkjet recording apparatus includes a recording head including a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink, a conveyor belt that has a plurality of apertures and conveys recording media one by one, a control unit, an ink receiver, and a pipe-shaped ink discharge flow path. The control unit controls drive of the recording head and the conveyor belt to perform flushing, in which the ink is ejected from the nozzle of the recording head to pass through one of the apertures, at a timing different from a timing contributing to image recording. The ink receiver is disposed to face the recording head sandwiching the conveyor belt therebetween, to receive the ink after passing through the aperture when the flushing is performed. The ink discharge flow path is connected to the ink receiver. When the flushing is performed, a predetermined amount of liquid is stored in the ink receiver.
Abstract: A parameter estimation apparatus 10 is an apparatus for calculating a threshold for separating a plurality of data points into outliers and inliers and estimating a parameter fitting the inliers. The parameter estimation apparatus 10 includes: a parameter estimation unit 13 configured to estimate the parameter by using the plurality of data points as input; a threshold setting unit 14 configured to calculate the threshold based on statistical information of residuals of the data points; and a convergence determination unit 15 configured to determine whether or not convergence of the estimation of the parameter is reached based on the estimated parameter and the calculated threshold, and to cause the parameter estimation unit 13 and the threshold setting unit 14 to each execute processing again if the convergence determination unit 15 determines that convergence is not reached.

Abstract: The inkjet printing apparatus includes: a printing unit to eject ink; a wiping unit capable of wiping an ejection opening surface by moving relative to the ejection opening surface with an opening, adapted to be in contact with the ejection opening surface, put in contact with the ejection opening surface; a suction unit connected to the wiping unit and configured to apply negative pressure to the ejection opening surface via the opening; a moving unit to move the wiping unit relative to the ejection opening surface; and a control unit to perform suction wiping operation by wiping the ejection opening surface with the wiping unit while applying negative pressure to the ejection opening surface. The control unit determines the timing to perform the suction wiping operation, and, according to the timing, determines a moving speed of the moving unit and a pressure value caused by the suction unit.

The electrodes and the conductive adhesive portion are irreversibly and electrically bonded by brittle fracture of the brittle member under the external pressing force in the thickness direction of the laminated communication device.
