Abstract: A personal communication service distributed control system provides a personal communication service in a combination of different networks based on the same personal ID without requiring a person originating information to be aware of the type of terminal used by a terminating person. The personal communication service distributed control system includes a plurality of hardware resources. Each of the service control apparatuses includes a plurality of service control program sections, a resource control program section, and a directory control program section. The directory control program section includes a section for referring to a distributed directory in order to perform retrieval for a transfer destination and routing for a control signal simultaneously.

Abstract: In a custom service control system connected to a communication system including a plurality of user terminals and an exchange, a first memory stores service management processes respectively provided for the user terminals. A second memory stores a plurality of service processes respectively providing communications services. The service management processes includes pieces of custom data showing service processes respectively usable by the user terminals. A control unit selects service processes in response to requests from the user terminals in accordance with the service management processes.

Abstract: In an exchange system which performs a communication based on personal identification information for identifying respective subscribers, the invention has an object of providing a system which can flexibly accommodate a change of the communication terminal of actual use by a movement, for instance, of a calling-side subscriber or a call-receiving-side subscriber. A camp-on communication managing apparatus of the invention has a personal position registration table in which terminal identification information for identifying a communication terminal registered to a subscriber for each personal identification information for identifying the subscriber is registered, and manages communication terminals used by respective subscribers. Thus, a camp-on communication can be established even where a camp-on-registered subscriber changes his communication terminal of actual use.
