    Abstract: A charge and discharge control circuit includes an external terminal voltage input port, a positive electrode power supply terminal, a negative electrode power supply terminal, a detector and an external terminal voltage detector connected to the external terminal voltage input port, and a control circuit. The positive electrode power supply terminal and the negative electrode power supply terminal are respectively connected to positive and negative electrodes of a secondary cell.
