A content of the dicarboxylic acid (a2) is 0.02 to 3.00% by mass in 100% by mass of the total amount of the dicarboxylic acid component (A): R1, R2, R4, and R5 each independently represent a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R3 and R6 each independently represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.
