  • Patent number: 10612797
Abstract: The present invention provides an outdoor unit for an air conditioner that can be constructed at low cost while reducing risk of malfunction. The outdoor unit has a compressor; a fan motor; a compressor driver board having a compressor inverter circuit and a compressor driver circuit; and a fan driver board having a fan inverter circuit and fan driver circuit. The compressor driver board has at least either: a shared control circuit that feeds a first switching signal for a compressor to the compressor driver circuit and feeds a second switching signal for a fan to the fan driver circuit; or a shared power source circuit that steps down a first DC voltage to a second DC voltage and supplies the second DC voltage to the compressor driver circuit and to the fan driver circuit.

  • Patent number: 10527299
Abstract: An outdoor unit for an air conditioner, and an air conditioner are provided that allow for effectively cooling a cooled part such as a power element, even when a refrigerant is not circulated, to prevent the part from being damaged by generated heat. Said outdoor unit and said air conditioner each include: a casing; a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a refrigerant flowing therein and air; a blower fan that sucks air outside the casing and forces the air to pass through the heat exchanger; an electric parts box that has a board and a part to be cooled; and a cooling member that is thermally connected with said part and cools it with a refrigerant flowing therein, wherein the cooling member is arranged on an outer wall surface of the electric parts box in a path of the air blown by the blower fan.

  • Publication number: 20190089240
Abstract: A power converter provided with a current detection circuit on a DC bus. A power semiconductor module is connected between the wiring pattern of the positive potential of the DC bus and the wiring pattern of the negative potential thereof. The smoothing capacitor and the snubber capacitor are connected between the wiring pattern of the positive potential of the DC bus and the wiring pattern of the negative potential thereof. The current detection circuit is connected between the power semiconductor module and the snubber capacitor employing the wiring pattern of the negative potential of the DC bus.

  • Publication number: 20050204760
Abstract: A refrigerating apparatus having a refrigerating cycle that comprises a compressor, an electric motor that drives the compressor, and an inverter device that variably controls the operating frequency of the electric motor. The inverter device includes a converter circuit that converts an A.C. voltage from an A.C. power supply into a D.C. current, an inverter circuit comprising a D.C./A.C converter, and a shunt resistance that detects a D.C. current flowing through a switching element of the inverter circuit. The shunt resistance detects a D.C. current, and the detected D.C. current value is calculated as a sine wave A.C. current for the electric motor in relation to action of the switching element.

  • Publication number: 20050024998
Abstract: A servo error signal and a defect detection signal are generated from an output signal of the pickup unit, and a servo control signal and a hold signal are generated from the servo error signal. When changing to either a servo control signal or a hold signal based on the defect detection signal generated in a defect detection signal generation circuit which has a peak hold circuit having different tracking ability, so as to perform servo control of the pickup unit, a servo error signal predetermined time before a timing to change from the servo control signal to the hold signal is used as the servo error signal used for generation of the hold signal.

  • Patent number: 5026412
Abstract: Machinable ceramics with 30-60 vol. % of fine crystals of fluorophlogopite, a synthetic mica, evenly dispersed in a vitreous matrix is produced using as principal raw materials kaolin and activated clay, which are natural minerals, other than metal oxides themselves. According to the production process, a mixture of fine particulate raw materials is calcined under first heat treatment conditions in which a maximum temperature is in the range of 1,000.degree.-1,100.degree. C. The raw materials include kaolin and activated clay as principal raw materials, Mg-containing, K-containing and F-containing compounds as auxiliary raw materials and B.sub.2 O.sub.3 as a sintering aid. The resulting calcined mass is ground into fine particles, followed by the formation of a green body of a desired shape. The green body is then sintered into a fired body under second heat treatment conditions in which a maximum temperature is in the range of 1,100.degree.-1,250.degree. C.
