Abstract: An image processing apparatus capable of performing calibration includes a storage unit configured to store a calibration job for performing calibration and a normal job for performing image processing in order of reception, a judgment unit configured to judge whether to interrupt the normal job during execution of the normal job and to perform the calibration job, and a control unit configured to interrupt processing of the normal job to be in a state where the processing can be resumed and perform the calibration job if it is judged that the calibration job is to be performed, and to perform the calibration job after the stored normal job is completed if it is judged that the calibration job is not to be performed.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus configured to communicate with an authentication apparatus through a network, the image forming apparatus including: an acquisition unit configured to acquire a user ID through the network; a transmission unit configured, when the user ID is acquired by the acquisition unit, to transmit an authentication request including a user ID to the authentication apparatus through the network; and a control unit configured to allow the user to log in to the image forming apparatus according to an authentication result in response to the transmitted authentication request.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus, to communicate with an image processing apparatus, may include a first receiving unit and a first, second, and third transmitting unit. The first receiving unit receives input information based on input to a screen displayed on a web browser included in the image processing apparatus. The first transmitting unit transmits an execution instruction a function to the image processing apparatus based on the received input information. The second transmitting unit transmits to the image processing apparatus designation information for designating which of two screens is to be used as a screen to be displayed during execution of the function. In response to a screen generated by the information processing apparatus being designated, the third transmitting unit transmits screen information for displaying the screen on the web browser included in the image processing apparatus.

Abstract: Job cancellation with a simple operation is prevented depending on a type of a job to be cancelled. A job processing apparatus includes a holding unit configured to hold a job subjected to execution, a receiving unit configured to receive a cancellation instruction for canceling execution of the job held in the holding unit, and a control unit configured to perform control in response to reception of the cancellation instruction by the receiving unit so that when the job held in the holding unit is of a specific type, the job is not canceled and when the job held in the holding unit is of a type other than the specific type, the job is canceled.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a display control unit, a generation unit, and a notification unit. The display control unit displays a device for executing a particular function on a display device. The displayed device includes separate webpages and the separate webpages include a webpage for setting to make the particular function usable. In response to a user selecting the device displayed on the display device, the generation unit generates a uniform resource locator (URL). The generated URL represents the webpage for setting to make the particular function usable. The notification unit notifies the URL generated by the generation unit to a web browser included in the information processing apparatus.
