  • Publication number: 20240115528
Abstract: A composition, including (A) a medicinal ingredient, (B) a water-insoluble polymer, (C) a non-volatile base, (D) a volatile solvent, and (E) water. The composition has a viscosity at 25° C. of 1.0 mPa·s or more and 10,000 mPa·s or less. The component (A) contains one or more selected from the group consisting of an anti-inflammatory analgesic component, a local irritation component, a blood circulation promoting component, an antihistamine component, a crude drug component, an antipruritic component, a local anesthetic component, a keratin softening component, and an antibacterial component. A mass ratio [(C)/(B)] of the component (C) to the component (B) in the composition is 0.05 or more and 10 or less, and a mass ratio [(E)/(D)] of the component (E) to the component (D) in the composition is 0.005 or more and 1.0 or less.

  • Publication number: 20140248698
Abstract: The one aspect of the present invention aims to provide a novel cloning method for human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs), which method is based on culture of dispersed single cells without addition of an apoptotic agent. More specifically, the one aspect of the present invention aims to provide a cloning method for hESCs and hiPSCs based on culture of dispersed single cells utilizing shear stress. The above problem is solved by providing a method for culturing dispersed single pluripotent cells, wherein the dispersed single cells are cultured under laminar flow conditions.

  • Patent number: 6661138
Abstract: The present invention relates a vibration generating motor providing simple and fast assembly, and ready recycling. A motor includes a plurality of rotors around a rotary shaft, a plurality of coil winding portions on respective rotors, and a coil on each respective coil winding portion. At least a two part weight is positioned between selected coil winding portions and has an seperably upper and lower part, allowing weight maximization at low cost while conserving space.
