  • Publication number: 20070233210
Abstract: A phototherapy device which obtains an advantageous therapeutic effect and suppresses side effects at least to a certain degree by irradiation of diseased sites with therapeutic radiation with a spectrum in the UV-B radiation wavelength range that is continuous at least in the wavelength range of at most 303 nm with a lower boundary wavelength value of at least 297 nm. The phototherapy device has a light source which emits light with a spectrum having an emission peak in the wavelength range from 300 nm to 315 nm and which is continuous in the wavelength range of this emission peak at least up to 295 nm; and a radiation emission window in which the light from the light source is incident and via which the therapeutic radiation is emitted with a spectrum with a lower boundary value in the wavelength range from 297 nm to 303 nm.

  • Publication number: 20030033197
Abstract: A presentation method for advertisement information shown before and after the featured presentation in a movie theater, wherein the advertisement information is transmitted to the movie theater having a second terminal from a server via a telecommunication system. A server is accessed via an electric medium with a first terminal by an advertising client, and advertisement information is input onto the server by the advertising client. The server may be accessed from the second terminal by an exhibitor in order to show the advertisement information stored in the server. By receiving an access signal from the second terminal of the exhibitor, the selected advertisement information is transmitted from a range of advertisement information stored on the server, to the second terminal of the exhibitor.

  • Patent number: 6127620
Abstract: In order to provide a converging solar module which achieves effective electricity generation, as well as significant reduction of costs and driving energy required to track the sun, a cell stage 20 carrying solar cells 16 is provided opposite to converging lenses 10. Some elastic members are provided between a pair of adjacent side edges of the cell stage 20 and corresponding side walls of a vessel 18. Along the other pair of side edges, stage driving bars 24 are provided. The stage driving bars 24 are moved horizontally by opening/closing operations of feeder valves X1, X2, Y1, Y2 and drain valves X3, X4, Y3, Y4 thereby moving the cell stage 20 horizontally in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the stage driving bars 24 have moved. With an action of the elastic members 22 and the stage driving bars 24, the position of the cell stage 20 is adjusted such that the solar cells 16 thereon are brought into a position where converged spots 14 are formed.

  • Patent number: 5489885
Abstract: An automotive fuse inserting and attaching apparatus that has an aligning portion for aligning automotive fuses to be inserted and attached into a fuse box. The aligned automotive fuses are aligned in the same arrangement they assume when inserted and attached within the fuse box. The automotive fuse inserting and attaching apparatus includes a feeding portion for feeding predetermined automotive fuses to the aligning portion. The automotive fuse inserting and attaching apparatus further includes a hand-type inserting and attaching portion that is separable from the feeding portion, for inserting and attaching a group of automotive fuses into the fuse box by conveyably clamping with one hand the group of automotive fuses aligned by the aligning portion.

  • Patent number: 4857829
Abstract: A device for detecting properties of electrically conductive water-soluble oil used in hydraulic pressure-operated devices. The water-soluble oil property detection device is characterized in that it comprises a pair of electrodes placed in a water-soluble oil, a capacitor which is connected in series with the electrodes and which forms a filter circuit with the resistance of the water-soluble oil between the electrodes, a high-frequency power source which has a high-frequency oscillator circuit and a power amplifier and which is connected to both ends of the capacitor and electrodes, and AC-DC converter circuit which detects a high-frequency voltage value occurring at both ends of said capacitor or the resistance between the electrodes and converts the value to a direct current voltage signal, and an indicator part which indicates the output of the converter circuit in correspondence to water-soluble oil property changes.
