  • Publication number: 20200238949
Abstract: Provided are a seat belt retractor and a seat belt device capable of stably supplying components and avoiding an increase in cost even when an injection body made of resin is used. A spool 2 which winds up webbing which restrains an occupant, a base frame 3 which accommodates the spool 2 so as to be rotatable, a spring unit 4 which biases the spool 2 in a winding direction, a pretensioner 5 capable of winding up the webbing in an emergency, and a lock mechanism 6 capable of stopping withdrawal of the webbing are provided, the pretensioner 5 including a rotating body 51 concentrically connected to the spool 2 and an injection body 52a made of resin which rotates the rotating body 51, the rotating body 51 made of metal having a wall thickness T half a diameter D of the injection body 52a or smaller.

  • Patent number: 9290152
Abstract: [Object] Quietness is to be more effectively improved, without compromising stability in power transmission. [Solution] An annular internal gear member 24 is formed of a noise suppressing material having lower strength than a metal. A deformation restricting portion 22d of an annular flange shape is formed along an outer circumferential edge of a carrier 22. Accordingly, when a planetary gear mechanism is operating the internal gear member 24 is partially deformed so as to protrude radially outward of the annular shape. At this point, the protruding deformed portion of the internal gear member 24 abuts against an inner circumferential surface of the deformation restricting portion 22d. Therefore, deformation of the internal gear member 24 is effectively restricted.

  • Patent number: 7429155
Abstract: A wheelchair-fixing device, a wheelchair-loadable vehicle, and a wheelchair system capable of ensuring the safety by securely fixing a wheelchair even against a collision of an automobile when the wheelchair is put in the automobile and also ensuring the easy operation for mounting the wheelchair to the automobile. A wheelchair-fixing device for fixing a wheelchair to a vehicle comprises a front holding member for holding a front portion of the wheelchair from the front side, and a derrick-type locking mechanism which holds a rear portion of the wheelchair with a rear holding member from the rear side by the raising operation thereof from a floor member. The front holding member holds the wheelchair at a position close to the feet of the occupant and the rear holding member holds the wheelchair at a position below the seat.

  • Publication number: 20060097562
Abstract: A wheelchair capable of ensuring the safety of an occupant by securely restraining the occupant's body when the wheelchair is placed in an automobile, even in the event of collision. The wheelchair may have a seat body in which an occupant is seated, seat belts capable of restraining the occupant's body, and seat belt retractors which apply tension to the seat belts in the winding-up direction and are provided with locking mechanisms for locking the movement of the respective seat belts in the withdrawing direction when tension exceeding a predetermined value is applied to the seat belts.

  • Patent number: 4404763
Abstract: A rotary snow plough vehicle having an auxiliary auger pivotable along a vertical plane perpendicular to the advancing direction of the vehicle. The auxiliary auger is rotatably secured about its axis by a supporting arm through bearings. Said supporting arm is positioned above a main auger and is swingable about a central shaft extending in parallel with the advancing direction of the vehicle. A tiltable cylinder is pivotably disposed between a frame and the supporting arm. By the extension and retraction of a piston rod of the cylinder, the supporting arm together with the auxiliary auger are swingably movable about the central shaft. The central shaft is extended from a deceleration means adapted to transmit the rotation of the main auger to the auxiliary auger. The auxiliary auger can be further provided with an extension auger in alignment therewith.
