  • Publication number: 20110209831
Abstract: There is provided a high-speed label transfer/sticking system including a label printer (1) to deliver a printed and separated label, a sensor (15) to detect the delivered label, a label transfer unit (6) formed from an endless adsorption belt disposed near the downstream side of the label printer (1), a work sensor (16) to detect the position to which a work has been carried, a calculating device (31) which, supplied with a detection signal from the work sensor (16), calculates a position of the work, a forward end position of the label and a target labeling position, and a controller (30) to control, based on information calculated by the calculating unit (31), the speed of the label transfer unit variably correspondingly to the work transfer speed of a work conveyor (17).

  • Patent number: 7935199
Abstract: When a label on a conveyor belt is detected, there is performed a label sticking process of making a sticking mechanism take out the label and stick it to an article at a predetermined position, while when a defect of the label on the conveyor belt is detected before detecting the label, the label is sent out to a label recovery position without performing the label sticking process.

  • Patent number: 7652728
Abstract: A liquid crystal display device prevents an abnormal picture-frame-like frame being displayed outside an effective display region of a liquid crystal display panel even when burrs are generated in a dicing step. A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel having a first substrate and a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the substrates. The first substrate includes a common electrode on a surface thereof which faces the second substrate in an opposed manner. The second substrate includes reflective electrodes, a first conductive film arranged to surround a periphery of the reflective electrodes, and a second conductive film arranged to surround a periphery of the first conductive film, a common voltage applied to the common electrode is applied to the first conductive film, and a reference voltage (GND) is applied to the second conductive film.

  • Publication number: 20040105056
Abstract: A liquid crystal display device can further enhance the display contrast. Reflection films are formed on pixel regions on a liquid-crystal-side surface of one substrate out of respective substrates which are arranged to face each other with liquid crystal therebetween. Light from another substrate side is incident on the reflection films through the liquid crystal and thereafter is reflected toward another substrate side. The formation of the reflection films is obviated in the vicinities of projecting portions formed in the pixel regions.

  • Patent number: 5548417
Abstract: A facsimile machine for transmitting an image. The facsimile machine includes: an endless-belt shape writing member on which the image is to be written; a writing frame for exposing a portion of said writing member to outside of the facsimile machine; a conveyer for conveying the image holding member for at least a size of the writing frame at one time; an optical reader for reading the image on the image holding member at the writing frame portion in which the reading generates image signals corresponding the image; a transmitting circuit for transmitting the image signals to a transmission address; and a receiving circuit for receiving information signals from other facsimile machine.

  • Patent number: 5363215
Abstract: An apparatus for converting an image data with a threshold value into a bi-level data. The apparatus includes a processing circuit for processing image data of pixels neighboring a target pixel to generate membership functions and for obtaining a fuzzy set from the membership functions, and a threshold value generation circuit for generating a threshold value on the basis of the fuzzy set. The threshold value is used to convert the image data of the target pixel.
