A handy terminal 10 is used to input relevant information at the start of work for adjusting a machine that processes a processing target, at the completion of such adjustment work, and at the completion of processing work. The results of these inputs are supplied to a support tool execution server 50 through a factory result collection PC 20 and a progress server 30.
