Each of the press-fit portions has a flat plate portion intersecting an up-down direction and press-fit protrusions protruding from the flat plate portion in a pitch direction. The press-fit portions are held by press-fitted portions provided to a base portion of a holding member, so that the ground plate is attached to the holding member. A regulating portion provided to the base portion of the holding member is located between the protruding portions in the pitch direction and located forward of the coupling portion in a front-rear direction and thereby regulating movement of the ground plate.
