  • Publication number: 20240122513
Abstract: An awakening effort motion estimation device includes processing circuitry configured to acquire a captured image obtained by imaging an occupant's face in a vehicle; detect, on a basis of the captured image having been acquired, two reference points for estimating a motion of the occupant's mouth, the two reference points including one point on a mask worn by the occupant, and the other point being a point based on a feature point of the occupant's face or a point different from the one point on the mask in the captured image; calculate a reference point distance between the detected two reference points; and estimate whether or not the occupant is performing an awakening effort motion by moving his or her mouth depending on whether or not the calculated reference point distance satisfies an awakening effort estimating condition.

  • Patent number: 5882246
Abstract: In a wet agitating ball mill, a shaft 5 rotated and driven by a motor is hollow at its axial center at an upper portion, a discharge route 9 communicating with a slurry discharge port is provided, and a rotor 11 is affixed at the lower portion of the shaft. A separator 4 is composed of a pair of disks 21 and a blade 22 for coupling both disks to form an impeller, and by its rotation, a centrifugal force is applied to the slurry and media getting in the separator 4, and by the difference in specific gravity of the two, accordingly, the media having the heavier specific gravity is expelled and separated in the radial direction, while the slurry of the lighter specific gravity is discharged through the discharge route 9 of the shaft 5 in a state free from kinetic energy.

  • Patent number: 4834301
Abstract: A vertical wet stirred ball mill is provided according to this invention, wherein a slurry raw material fed from the top of the mill body is stirred together with a grinding medium in said mill body under pressure and the material is gradually exhausted from the bottom of said mill body as it is milled. A spring-loaded conical separation valve is fitted at an exhaust port of said body. The separation valve retracts when the pressure within the mill body is increased due to plugging, thereby the annular clearance around the separation valve is enlarged to increase the amount of exhaust, leading to elimination of the plugging.
