Abstract: A steering control device controls a turning motor that generates a turning force for causing turning wheels of which power transmission to and from a steering wheel is cut off to turn. The steering control device includes a first processor configured to change a steering angle ratio which is a ratio of a turning angle of the turning wheels to a steering angle of the steering wheel according to a vehicle speed through control of the turning motor and a second processor configured to change a degree of change of the steering angle ratio with respect to change of the vehicle speed according to a steering state or a vehicle state.

Abstract: An optical module includes a fusion splicing optical fiber and a ferrule. The fusion splicing optical fiber includes a first optical fiber including optical fiber ends and a first optical fiber core, a second optical fiber including optical fiber ends and a second optical fiber core, and a fused portion splicing the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber spliced between the optical fiber ends. The ferrule includes a first port, a second port, a third port, a first end surface arranged the first port and the second port, a second end surface arranged the third port, and a ferrule housing the fused portion and the first optical fiber ends and the second optical fiber ends.

Abstract: A V belt to be used for a dry type transmission. It comprises at least one endless load carrier with cogs at the underside thereof and a plurality of blocks with slots in which said load carrier is fitted. Said load carrier and said blocks are engaged with each other in a lengthwise direction of the belt by engagement of a curved convexed surface of a slot under surface of the block with a curved concaved part which is a valley between adjoining cogs of the load carrier. Cog peaks of the load carrier are positioned above the lowermost end position of the slots of adjoining blocks at the part of rectilinear state.

Abstract: A V belt to be used for a dry type transmission. It comprises two endless load carriers and a plurality of blocks in engagement with said load carriers relatively immovable in lengthwise direction of the belt. Said load carrier has elastomers and tensile members embedded in said elastomers. Said block is made of plastics or hard rubber and has slant side surfaces to fit substantially to the groove surface of a pulley on which the V belt is wound and a slot which extends from said slant side surface toward the central part of the block and in which the load carrier is fitted.
