  • Patent number: 10288138
Abstract: A clutch friction material includes a base material containing a rubber material and a thermosetting resin. The clutch friction material also includes an intermediate layer disposed on the base material. The intermediate layer includes either a glassy carbon structure or a graphite structure formed as a result of thermal curing of the thermosetting resin contained in the base material. In addition, the clutch friction material includes an outermost surface layer disposed on the intermediate layer. The outermost surface layer contains a pyrolysate produced as a result of pyrolysis of rubber and resin components contained in the base material.

  • Patent number: 10132374
Abstract: A friction engagement element has a friction member including resin, and a metal member having a sliding surface slidable on the friction member. The friction member has an aged layer at an outermost layer of the friction member, and a hardened layer in abutment with an inner side of the aged layer in a thickness direction of the friction member. The sliding surface of the metal member has a plurality of recesses, and a transferred film of the aged layer of the friction member transferred and adhered to insides of the plurality of recesses through sliding between the friction member and the metal member.

  • Publication number: 20170311748
Abstract: The present invention proves a hydrogen injection apparatus that is good in terms of work efficiency and sanitation at the time of maintenance and that is capable of generating hydrogen water the hydrogen content of which is flexibly adjustable. The hydrogen injection apparatus according to the present invention includes a reference vessel, on the bottom of which a particle having a material for reacting with water to generate hydrogen formed on the surface thereof is placed, the reference vessel being configured to store water for reaction with hydrogen, a communication means for fluidly connecting the interior of the upper side of the reference vessel to the storage water for drinking in the state in which the reference vessel is sealed, and an auxiliary means for increasing injection of hydrogen into the storage water for drinking from the reference vessel through the communication means.

  • Publication number: 20160207765
Abstract: Disclosed is a hydrogen water generator that is capable of preventing an increase in pH so as to prevent alkalinization of water while generating water containing plenty of hydrogen gas. A hydrogen water generator 20 includes a container 21 having water 22 and magnesium particles 23, capable of reacting with the water 22 to generate hydrogen gas, encapsulated therein, wherein the container 21 is made of an air-permeable and water-impermeable material, which allows the hydrogen gas to pass from the inside to the outside of the container and prevents the water from passing from the inside to the outside of the container. At least one kind of thermoplastic resin selected from a group consisting of (A) polyvinylidene chloride, (B) polyvinyl chloride, and (C) polyacrylonitrile may be used as the air-permeable and water-impermeable material.

  • Publication number: 20160003785
Abstract: The present invention is configured of: a gas control step in which a carrier gas that differs in thermal conductivity from hydrogen by a given value is chosen, and the flow rate thereof is controlled; a sample introduction step in which an aqueous solution sample is prepared and introduced into the carrier gas serving as a mobile phase and which is characterized in that the preparation of an aqueous solution sample comprises injecting an aqueous solution sample into a vessel, the inside of which is kept vacuum, to thereby conduct gas-liquid separation and collecting the gas-phase portion as a sample to be introduced; a separation step in which the hydrogen is separated from the aqueous solution sample on the basis of an adsorption/distribution equilibrium between the aqueous solution sample introduced into the mobile phase and the fixed phase of the column; a detection step; and a data processing step.
