  • Patent number: 11987036
Abstract: A method for separating and recovering a layered film laminated and adhered with a reactive adhesive, the method including a step 1 of immersing the layered film in an alkaline solution while stirring the layered film with heating at 20° C. to 90° C. or ultrasonically vibrating the layered film and a step 2 of recovering separated single-layered films that constitute the respective layers of the layered film. The reactive adhesive is preferably a reactive adhesive containing a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition and more preferably a reactive adhesive containing a polyisocyanate composition, a polyol composition, and a compound having an acidic group.

  • Publication number: 20240017896
Abstract: A laminate (10) includes a substrate (11), a sealing layer (12A) disposed on a surface of the substrate (11), and a coating layer (13) disposed on a surface of the substrate (11) opposite to the sealing layer (12A). The coating layer (13) contains a tannic acid derivative in which at least a part of a plurality of hydroxyl groups is substituted with a linear hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and at least one type of resin selected from the group consisting of a urethane resin, an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, a polyester resin, and an olefin resin.

  • Publication number: 20210187790
Abstract: A method for separating and recovering a layered film laminated and adhered with an adhesive, the method including a step 1 of immersing the layered film in a morpholine solution having a morpholine concentration of 50% by mass or more while stirring the layered film with heating at 20° C. to 90° C. or ultrasonically vibrating the layered film and a step 2 of recovering separated single-layered films that constitute the respective layers of the layered film. The adhesive is preferably a reactive adhesive containing a polyisocyanate composition and a polyol composition.

  • Publication number: 20160208146
Abstract: Provided are an adhesive, a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component which are to be used in the adhesive, and a laminated film. The adhesive has a small elution amount of a low-molecular chemical substance when being used as a packaging material. The laminated film has a small amount of the low-molecular chemical substance eluted into the contents during packaging. The adhesive contains polyisocyanate (A), an alicyclic amide compound (B), and polyol (C) as essential components. When the adhesive is used, a polyisocyanate mixture obtained by mixing the polyisocyanate (A) and the alicyclic amide compound (B) in advance or a polyol mixture obtained by mixing the polyol (C) and the alicyclic amide compound (B) in advance is used as one component of a two-liquid adhesive.

  • Publication number: 20160152880
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to reduce the amount of a chemical substance migrated to food while maintaining adhesion of a transparent vapor deposition film in an adhesive for a flexible package, formed of a polyol and an isocyanate. This object is achieved by a laminate adhesive composition containing a polyester polyol or a polyol such as a polyester polyol, a polyisocyanate, and a silane coupling agent (C), and also preferably a styrene-maleic acid copolymer, in which the silane coupling agent (C) is a mixture of an epoxy silane (c1) and an aminosilane (c2) or a reaction product thereof.
