  • Patent number: 9623478
Abstract: In a die casting apparatus, during feeding of molten metal by an electromagnetic pump, a molten metal level sensor repeatedly detects a during-feeding level of the molten metal stored in a molten metal holding furnace; a control unit corrects a molten metal feeding voltage to a during-feeding voltage based on the repeatedly detected during-feeding level of the molten metal such that an amount of the molten metal fed by the electromagnetic pump coincides with a prescribed amount; the control unit applies the during-feeding voltage to the electromagnetic pump to cause the electromagnetic pump to feed the molten metal from the molten metal holding furnace into a plunger sleeve; and casting is performed through an injecting operation in which the molten metal fed into the plunger sleeve is extruded by a plunger tip to be injected into a cavity.

  • Publication number: 20160304999
Abstract: A method for processing a metal-cast article according to an aspect of the present invention includes a correcting step of starting to pressurize the metal-cast article by a press machine (10, 20) before a temperature of the metal-cast article 40 decreases to 200° C. or lower after casting is finished. Distortion can be accurately removed in a correction of a metal-cast article. Further, since there is no need to heat the metal-cast article again for the correction, the productivity and energy efficiency can be improved.

  • Patent number: 9376988
Abstract: In an EGR valve, a valve element is moved with respect to a valve seat to adjust a passage section width of a measuring section, thereby regulating an EGR gas flow rate in a passage. The valve seat includes a valve hole, a first end face facing to a downstream side of the passage and a second end face facing to an upstream side of the passage. The inner circumferential surface of the valve hole has a concave curved shape with an inner diameter gradually increasing toward the second end face. The valve element is placed inside the valve hole to be movable in between a fully closed position and a fully open position. While the valve element is placed in the fully open position, passage section widths of parts of the measuring section in an EGR gas flow direction are approximate to each other.

  • Patent number: 9099027
Abstract: A display panel driving device has a signal line driver. The signal line driver applies a pixel driving voltage based on an input image signal to each signal line of a display panel at a timing corresponding to a clock signal. The signal line driver is divided into a plurality of driver chips connected in cascade by the clock line. The display panel driving device supplies a clock signal through the driver chips. The duty ratio of the clock signal is stabilized when the clock signal passes through the driver chips, without leading to an increase in power consumption and in manufacturing costs.
