  • Patent number: 6935012
Abstract: Each of a plurality of unit windings 41 is formed by being divided into a first winding section 42 having opened end portions and a second winding section 43, and the first winding section 42 is shaped in such a manner that a step in radial direction of a stator core 2 is formed between opposing side sections 46 and 47 and the opened end sections are bent in the crossing over direction of the winding so that open ends 443 and 444 of the opened end sections 44 oppose each other in the radial direction of the stator core 2, then the open ends 443 and 444 are connected by winding conductor pieces 431 and 432 of the second winding section to complete the unit winding 41, thereby, end sections of a stator winding are shortened and a small size dynamo electric machine is realized.

  • Publication number: 20050062355
Abstract: A permanent magnet rotating electric machine uses no skewing under a predetermined current and voltage condition to prevent torque from decreasing and to decrease pulsation torque to make the machine less vibrating and less noisy. The permanent magnet rotating electric machine includes a stator with multi-phase stator windings and a rotor with a plurality of permanent magnets internally embedded in a rotor core. The core shape of the rotor is uniform in the depth (longitudinal) direction with no skewing in the arrangement of the permanent magnets. The permanent magnets are symmetrical with respect to the rotation direction, but irregular with respect to the depth direction, for each pole. A magnetic flux generated from the between-pole permanent magnets almost equals a magnetic flux generated from the pole-center permanent magnet.

  • Patent number: 6700282
Abstract: A rotary electric machine having improved coil connection reliability, simplified coil end processing steps and improved workability based on an improved components mounting method is to be provided. Flat type conductors are inserted in a stacked state into each of slots formed in a stator core, and a side face of a preceding-stage winding terminal end and a side face of a succeeding-stage winding start end in the flat type conductors are lapped and connected to constitute an assembly of stator coils. The stator coil assembly comprises plural coil groups, and one electrode is connected to one conductor end in the coil groups, while another electrode is moved in a successive manner to connect preceding- and succeeding-stage winding terminal and start ends of the conductors. Further, an insulating ring with crossover conductors laid thereon is combined with such stator coil assembly to connect winding terminal and start ends of the stator coil assembly, thereby constituting a predetermined winding circuit.

  • Patent number: 6660803
Abstract: A polyfluoroalkyl iodide is reacted with a (meth)acrylic acid metal salt to form a corresponding polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate ester. The polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate ester is separated from the reaction product through the evaporation, so that the ester is recovered. According to the present method, the polyfluoroalkyl iodide is reacted with the (meth)acrylic acid metal salt without introducing water, thus making it possible to prepare a polyfluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate ester. The resulting ester can also be used to copolymerize an ethylenically unsaturated compound capable of copolymerizing with the ester.

  • Patent number: 6548933
Abstract: A linear shape straight angle line is transformed to form U-shape configuration in advance and by sandwiching a stator tooth portion to adjacent slots linear shape two sides are inserted and using a thin plate rod shape chip between both ends of U-shape side of the above stated coil is connected and then the coil is formed to have one winding close circuit. The plural coils are inserted and as stated in above between the both ends of an anti-U-shape side is connected, and a stator coil for forming a predetermined winding turn number is obtained. When an end face of the anti-U-shape side and the thin plate shape chip are overlapped and connected, a plate thickness of a portion in which they are overlapped is reduced by half respectively, and when they are overlapped, it becomes the plate thickness which corresponds to a plate thickness of the above stated straight angle line coil. A length of a coil end portion can be shortened widely.
