  • Publication number: 20070133158
Abstract: The present invention provides a display device capable of simplifying assembling operation and maintenance operation, and also capable of reducing the occurrence of a sink mark on the surface of the casing. All internal components are mounted on a chassis. Actually, a display panel is mounted on the front side of the chassis (on the side where a front cabinet is positioned), and various circuit boards (power supply board, AV board, MPEG board), a speaker and a recording and reproducing unit are mounted on the rear side of the chassis (on the side where a back cabinet is positioned). A stand supporting unit is attached to the bottom side of the chassis and an operation board is attached to the upper surface of the chassis.

  • Publication number: 20070089976
Abstract: Damage to a part when assembling a substrate from behind a casing mounted with push buttons is prevented. When a circuit substrate is mounted in a casing to which a push button is attached, a circuit substrate is inserted along a guide groove of the push button. At this time, the contact section is pushed by the circuit substrate and the circuit substrate is engaged with the contact section with a second hinge section deflected. This causes the circuit substrate to be parallel with a pushing section with a tiny gap in between and a pushing operation of an operation button deforms a first hinge section and the pushing section turns ON/OFF a switch.

  • Publication number: 20060109615
Abstract: The electronic apparatus such as a DVD player 1 configured so that the chassis 2 and the top plate 3 are substantially equal in width and so that each side surface 3B of the top plate 3 is overlaid on an outer surface of each side plate 2B of the chassis 2 is assumed as a standard type. For the electronic apparatus such as a DVD player 1 having the top plate 3 wider than the chassis 2, a recess 32 that partially surface-contacts with the outer surface of each side plate 2B of the chassis 2 is formed on each side surface 3B of the top plate 3 by deep drawing. It is thereby possible to make the chassis 2 common to the top plates 3 and the front panels 4 of different types.

  • Patent number: 6903269
Abstract: An easy-to-operate support structure of a cover in which the cover can stably remain upright and specifically elongated wires are not required for connecting a substrate fitted to the cover and a substrate of a case main body is provided for a cover support structure of a shield case including a case main body having a bottom plate, side plates and a back plate and a cover having an upper plate and side plates covering the case main body. To prevent the cover from turning down when the cover is opened, engagement grooves capable of meshing with the back plate and/or the side plates of the case main body are formed in the upper plate and/or the side plates of the cover, and the cover can turn upright when the engagement grooves are meshed with the back plate or the side plates of the case main body.
