  • Patent number: 11606022
Abstract: The insulation deterioration monitoring apparatus comprises a computer on which software is installed. The software causes the computer to execute at least first to fourth processes. In the first process, during stopping of at least one inverter unit, the computer selects one inverter unit out of the stopped inverter units and causes the inverter corresponding to the selected inverter unit to generate a direct current voltage. In the second process, the computer measures the current value of the ground current while the corresponding motor driving inverter generates the direct current voltage. In the third process, the computer records the measured current value of the ground current for each inverter unit in association with the selected inverter unit. Then, in the fourth process, based on the measured current value of the ground current recorded for each inverter unit, the computer analyzes the tendency of insulation deterioration of each inverter unit.

  • Publication number: 20210141787
Abstract: A plant monitoring system comprises: a data collection device configured to collect multiple measured values measured during a plant equipment inspection; and a trend graph display part configured to generate a trend graph based on the multiple measured values. The data collection device comprises: a measured value collection part configured to collect multiple measured values; an event number assignment part configured to assign a same event number or a different event number to the multiple measured values based on a time difference between times at which the multiple measured values were acquired; and a measured value storage part configured to store the multiple measured values. The trend graph display part is configured to render the multiple measured values stored in the measured value storage part in a graph having measured value as a first axis and event number as a second axis.

  • Patent number: 9278773
Abstract: A film-fitting device includes a cutting mechanism that cuts a label-forming medium into a predetermined length, a film transfer mechanism that transfers downstream a tubular film arranged around a mandrel, and a shot roller that receives the tubular film transferred by the film transfer mechanism and delivers the tubular film downstream while rotating the tubular film in the circumferential direction. The distance from the cutting mechanism to the shot roller and the distance from the film transfer mechanism to the shot roller are both greater than the length of the tubular film formed by the cutting. Further, rotational drive of the shot roller is carried out by an independent servo motor or stepping motor.
